Most everything we ship is through the USPS. Packages below 13 ounces are shipped via First Class Mail and packages above 13 ounces are shipped either Priority or Parcel Post. From time to time, an order may be shipped via UPS. Your shipping notification will tell you which carrier was used and will contain a tracking number.
Orders received before 10 AM Central Time are shipped that day. Orders received after 10 AM will ship the next business day.
In the case of items that may have special circumstances outside of this shipping schedule, such items will be clearly marked with shipping details.
Upon checkout, and at an additional charge, you will be able to select Priority Service, which is 2-3 days or Express Service, which is 1-2 days. Generally speaking, if you are in a remote area, the extra day is needed for Priority and Express mail. If you are in a metro area, these can usually be considered as "2nd Day" and "Overnight" services.
Your order is shipped from Mineola, Texas. Because we are centrally located between east and west, orders to mainland US destinations are received in 3-5 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email by midnight Central Time on the day your order ships. This is why we require an email address with online orders.

Billing Address vs. Shipping Address
When checking out, you are asked for the Billing Address of your credit card. This is the address that the statement is sent to. If you are shipping your order elsewhere, that is fine, but the Billing Address must be entered as a method of security.
After filling out your Billing Address, you can check the box atop the right column that says "Same as Billing" if you are shipping your order to the same address.
The Use of PO Boxes for Shipping
Most orders are shipped via USPS and can be shipped to a PO box. If you wish to use a PO box, you can complete your order this way. If the situation arises that UPS is the only delivery method, we will contact you.
Where's My Stuff?
We don't get many of these, but things to get lost. Please use our contact form and tell us your name and other information, perhaps your order number, it will look similar to "MHS-xxxxx". We get right on these emails. We don't like when customers have to ask where their stuff is.
Items in new and re-sellable condition, with tags, are accepted for return for 30 days after delivery.
Your shipment will include our return address if you need to return some or all of your items. We do not pay return shipping costs.
The hats and other items sold on this web site are fully and completely guaranteed to be excellent quality. If you have what you feel is a defect and not simply the effects of normal wear and tear, please contact us and we will consider replacement of the item. We are only able to replace items that were originally sold by us.
